The only known use for Hershey's chocolate is S'amores, a girl scout tradition. Two graham crackers with a square of chocolate and a hot toasted marshmallow in the middle. Disgustingly sweet.
Dove makes some decent dark chocolate but Hersheys and Nestles do not - at least not to my taste.
