Yesterday I bought a uke for medicinal purposes - not as silly as it sounds! I'm having some trouble playing guitar again since I broke my left arm late last year, can now play chords in D and A but anything in the key of C is not yet possible because of the finger stretch and pain involved. So I bought myself a uke, and will use it as therapy to help me get back to playing more guitar again. Last night at my folk club I even performed a song accompanied by the three chords I have learnt so far.

Then, even when I can play guitar, I will keep playing uke.
