Beem snowin' here allready today but stopped fir now... But if we end up with 6 inches, so be it... That is two trips down the driveway with the rear angled blade down and we're out... No biggie...

As fir this area being the new ski capital of country, I wouldn't go building the chelets yet... These el ninas ain't all that consistent... Next year will prolly be like the last 10 or so...

Sweat equity, Sawz??? Nah, jus' the sweat... Lost a bunch of money but with the housing market in the crapper, I'm just gald to have it behind me...
