Dearest Smedders... I fear that if so many were chastised with smacked bottom it could cause a flood of those seeking such punishment! Alas, we need to educate the more uncouth to take control of their tongues and be careful what issues from their mouth. Then, and only then, if they are good, can they have a smacked bottom! ;-)
