The house really isn't uncomfortable -- temperatures in Nottingham must have been pretty moderate the past couple days.

Wine brought in (but not poured yet). Groceries brought in (but not the extra kindling).

Fire in stove has finally caught.

Found out it was Izo, and Drew & Sabrina who stacked the wood on the deck -- thanks, everyone!

Tried to call Tom -- got message that "patient you have tried to reach is out of the room or unavailable" -- so I'll try later.

Right now I think I'll pour a glass of wine, take a hot shower (my hair is still dripping very cold right now), crawl into some sweats, and go change the bed. Didn't have time to before we left, and staying in a hotel does spoil one, doesn't it?
