Since we all know that Policy Discussion/Complaint threads get closed, wouldn't it be more effective to try finding a way to have a chance to Talk instead of banging against a wall we all know is there?

Has anybody proposed an open meeting type deal in the chat where these forbidden topics are discussed with Joe, other Mods and whichever Members want to show up?

It's no good grousing around as long as it feels like a snarly bratfit to Joe since he's the one whose opinions are sandpapery in some edges.
If he'd agree to an open, aboveboard 'meeting' where he could be somewhat free of attacks, he would probably be more likely to be able to hear what's being said/suggested.
