Good move, Jenny. I have played Larrivee guitars that were so astounding it was almost scary. And it's great that you still have the Gibson.

I usually am dissatisfied with Martin D-28's too, although I'm not quite sure why. I like them, but then I don't like them.

Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful time playing both of those fine guitars.
