Yes nothing more determined than dachshunds.
I took two of mine out in the woods as we did off leash....
I told them not to go into the large mucky puddle but they said who's he . Nothing funnier than two dachshunds stuck up their shoulders in clay mud. I let them sit there for a while whining.

They always listened to me thereafter.
