Maybe this is not the right place for this but I'm too excited to NOT post this. My wife and I put an offer in on a house yesterday and it was accepted!! After many years of renting, we finally will own our own!!!

I've owned before but with the divorce and all, my ex and I agreed to an equitable split which left her with the house. Ever since I've been renting, I've since remarried, and we have wanted to buy for a while. So many of our friends kept buying and FINALLY it was our turn!! It has everything we need and want and it's in a great neighborhood. I want you ALL to come over for an open house sometime in November!!!!! You would do that for me, wouldn't ya????
