I have been mildly curious for some time about the meaning of "Dachshund". Personally, I would back the average badger to take on about six dachshunds at a time. Did the Germans once upon a time breed a particularly savage type of dachshund that could bite through concrete and had six inch claws? Or are German badgers little wimpy, latte sipping vegetarians who gather every Friday to sing out of Rise up Singing?
