I'm happy for you. The week before I had a similar experience with an acceptance, so I know exactly how excited you are. It is just wonderful to have a place that you can call yours. In my case, I'm not sharing it with anyone but that is how things are. Got a few guests planned. Nobody to say at what level the music should be or even if it should be.
