Today I learned that Laura Ashley are cutting the wages of their staff, along with their hours..and WH Smith are doing the same..

*Everyone* is going to suffer some cutbacks, setbacks in this period of history, and the BBC will be no different. Time for us all to face up to how bad things are getting and be thankful that so much of the BBC will be saved.
