Nothing was up. He was just pretending to 'fall off his chair in surprise' as he was so blown away by her voice. Nowt wrong with a little bit of humour. He wasn't being nasty, quite the opposite actually, and he was very kind to her when she'd finished too.

What a voice, eh?
