Great advice, especially about routine discipline.

I like to set my watch to chime on the hour to remind me it's time to get up and walk around for five minutes. I like to go outside, even if only for one minute.

Most important to me is to have a cheap PC connected to the internet and a "good" PC (latest purchase) separate. When I want to send or recieve work related things, I use a Flash to transfer between PCs. Of course, regular work correspondance and such can be done on the internet PC.
