In other news,, there's a new bill calling for changes in the OAS whereby immigrants will only have to be citizens for 3 yrs to qualify for full benefits... they need 10 yrs. at present.... I've nothing against immigration... everybody in N. America ,including the 1st peoples came from somewhere else.... but this looks like a play to get more of the 'ethnic' vote...
