Bill, I didn't say that Richard Gage was involved in the design. That is a straw man argument (not logical). John Skilling was the chief structural engineer, and there were two other people, whose names I don't remember, who were on the team that designed and constructed the buildings, who are either shown talking in the video, or in the case of Skilling, was quoted in the video.
