Google Books shows that the following line is quoted in The Singing Bourgeois: Songs of the Victorian Drawing Room and Parlour by Derek B. Scott (Aldershot: Ashgate, 2001), page 80:

"Mary Jane told me this morning something which made me afraid"

This book is classified "No preview available," so I couldn't see any more. I doubt that the whole song is printed there, because I couldn't bring up any more lines, but it might at least give the title and maybe some other information. If you follow the links, you might be able to find a library that has the book.
