We don't have a separate room as such - we do have a screened off area but it doesn't reduce the noise.

I have to say that the children are all very well behaved and respectful and well supervised.

I don't know if we have a mobile phone rule but I have never seen anyone using them.

I have to say that I am in no way put out by the conditions in our library but these days I only go in to change books. I don't try to work there or do research there.
