Well, from my perspective, that's a good enough reason to use a credit card instead of a debit card (at least if the minimum balance isn't in one's account, and for us, it often isn't). Instead of having to pay them to let me use the debit card, I get paid for using my credit card. Because we use the credit cards for most of our transactions, including buying car insurance and paying some utilities, we usually get at least a one or two hundred dollars back each year from the bonus points.
