I've been exploring Bruce Olson's Scarce Songs site and some associated abc files, and have had some success in finding his abc's of songs he has submitted. (Quotes from Bruce's site are in italics)

A singable set of the tune is "Granuwail" is in B. Cooke's Cooke's Selection of Twenty One Favourite Original Irish Airs, c 1795, copied in Hime's 'New Selection', c 1805. The tune is Dorian mode. Bunting's setting has a key signature of two flats (G minor), but he then puts a natural sign in front of all of the E's. The second copy of the tune here is an instrumental version, not suitable for singing, but it seems to be the earliest copy of the tune. I have removed the repeats in tune 2 (now AB not AABB) and think removing most of the "ornaments" would make it singable.
