There are so many ways....

Working from the listing, you could check the forum to see if the tune has been posted and just hasn't been "spotted.

Maybe the tune for song "x" isn't there, but you know it's the same as song "y" which is, but no one's made the connection. Say so! (That's what all those - see such-and-such are about)

Or you have a tune in a songbook we are missing. No way to make a midi, don't know ABC? Got a scanner? e-mail a gif to someone who can make a midi....No scanner? xerox it and snail mail it! Or maybe you know someone could make the midi file for you. Collaberate!
