I usually find long lost plectrums several months later
wedged tightly under the fluff and sticky oozing debris
between the folds of flab concealing my belly button..

I suggest that should be the first place any other lardy middle aged or older
guitar players should look
for small missing musical equipment items.

..or check the folds of fat under what used to be your buttocks
in case you sat on it....
