Seems we have several different but similar versions we were taught. We same it in the mornings along with the National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance. Good way to start the morning - and still is.
I want to wake up in the morning
Where the Orange Blossoms grow.
Where the sun comes peeping in where I've been sleeping
and the songbirds say hello.
I want to wander in the organge groves
Where the children love to roam
and go drifiting back to Florida
Where the Orange Blossoms grow.

Maybe its a bit different when you were actullly growing up in the middle of the orange groves like we were instead of in the towns/cities around them.
