Dave, I have not heard of a program called America for opening .zip files so my guess is that something has gone wrong with the file assosciation.

What program do you normaly use for opening zip files? If you use Winzip for example, re-installing it should sort that problem out for you.

An alternative solution is to open Explorer and go to View/Folder Options/File Types and change the file assosciation there.

If you have not got a windows based zip/unzip program, I would suggest that you download WinZip and try it. It is shareware and should be easy to find on the internet.
