THE END OF MY ROUNDUP DAYS
Milton E. Estes, J. L. Frank, Pee Wee King

1. I've hung up my spurs and my saddle,
Put my horse in the old corral,
Said goodbye to my friends in the bunkhouse,
And the pals I loved so well.

CHORUS: It's weary trail I must travel
To the end of this winding way.
I've hung up my spurs and saddle.
It's the end of my roundup days.

2. My roundup days are over.
My work on the range is done.
No more will I pal in the bunkhouse.
My life on earth is run. CHORUS.

[Recorded by Gene Autry.]
