Alex Glasgow from the NE of England wrote a good song about art festivals.

The chorus went
"Lets all have one, everbody's got one, Why not have one too
Festival time is here again so roll up and join the queue"

Another song of his "My Love and I" would also be good - in it the two young lovers try to re-enact love scenes they read in a book and see on a film.
