A resounding 2nd on Animaterra's suggestion of "I'll Fly Away"... When my late wife, Judy, was dieing she picked out all the music for the funeral and wanted the end of the church service portion to end with that song... It was very uplifting...

BTW, that song is an old hymm but was covered by alot of country/folk bands in the 70s... The Byrds have a great version...
