Does it have to take hours to prepare something that's reasonably healthy? I don't think so! I work full time during the day and quite often have a gig in the evening, and even when I've got very little time I still manage to prepare good stuff.

(Now if I could only stop drinking beer, I might be a bit less overweight! :))
