i've been dealing with jim at hogeye for going on twenty years. he is a terrific guy and a great tech. he really works with you and the instrument to get it just where you need it. he is one of the top banjo set-up guys in the country, in my opinion. i hope he hangs in there because he is the gem of the chicago area tech and folk music scene. sincerely,
