I've not got the tab, but the chords go like this:

E                                                   A
Right now is the needed time, right now is the needed time
         E                          B
Right now is the needed time
         E                                          A
Right now is the needed time, right now is the needed time
         E              B         E
Right now is the needed time

When playing the E chord use your little finger to play the G# then F# on the top string (4th and 2nd fret) which allows you to pick out the melody.
