There is probably a more recent general thread for rounding up New York Mudcatters, but the only other one the search found was asking folks to check in after 9/11.

A friend of mine lives in the Village (14th St. & 7th Ave, more Meatpacking District, but close enough) and is working on bringing together some folks to talk about folk history in the village in the 1950s, 60s period. I have more information but can't spell it out here. Suffice to say, if you lived in NYC around that period, would you send me a PM and I'll let you know more what it's about, and will tell you how to contact him to discuss if you'd like to participate? It is for a documentary film.
