Don't much go for hangovers these days but I found that eating a good meal and drinking copious amounts of water before going out helped lessen the evil impact. After/ PLenty of water, three aspirin and a couple of apples. A good solid hour of bayonet drill helps too so there must be something to the excercise theory. Kindest reguards and bromos to all, Neil
