iTunes may not show them but the original files it made when it brought them in are probably still in the original iTunes music folder. In my system it is located in Music==>iTunes, I believe. If you know the name of any of the MP3 files you could search for it and find the path that way. Check the iTunes settings to see if it is pointing at the right path to this library as Anglo suggests.
