(I don't suppose Prof. Alphonso Verdu is still with us, but he was a delight, and maybe some of his papers are still available..) He used to 'demonstrate' with gestures and body language the difficulty of 'running around behind yourself' to objectively observe your own essential being...it was edifying... *grin*
