Subject: Index for Silverman's Folk Song Encyclopedia Vols

I am looking for the indexes (list of songs) in Silverman's Folk Song Encyclopedia, Vols. 1 & 2. I can only find half of the indexes (500+) for each book which has about a thousand songs in each volume. Thank you.
