This is the thread to have fun chatting about the 2010 NHL playoffs and Stanley Cup Final series. In past years the amount of posting has warranted a new thread when the playoffs start. I forget who was the first of us hockey nuts to do it. (At the time I didn't like it. Then I saw how much better it was to re-thread, so thanks.)

According to Max the Auction is s'posed to be fixed and usable as of tomorrow, which as you know is a crazy-busy day of the week for me. But as soon as I can I will start an AUCTION I've been WAITING to start-- to benefit our MWH's cancer recovery.

And what could be better for a hockey fans' auction than a Genuine "Lord Stanley's Cup"?!?!?!?!?

No one who bids and contributes need lack for merch, either. I have a whole bagful of hockey merch right here as consolation prizes to the LOSERS, LOSERS, LOSERS ("You wouldn't MAKE it in the NHL!")

Sorry, no golf clubs-- yet. :~) That's right boys and girls. Even if you do not win the CUP ITSELF, you too can get a prize, if you send in the highest amount that you have bid. Be the first one on your block to own a piece of hockey history! ;~)

In honor of the graciousness of MWH to acknowledge Sidney Crosby's worthiness, BTW, let's suspend the "Mr. Nice Guy Rules" for this ONE THREAD (heads-up newbies-- we usually leave the trash talk in the Tavern). BUT, for every trash post-- please go fine yourself with a bid! :~) Don't MAKE me send 3refs after you to enforce that! :~)
