As of yesterday, four officers are suspended. This from the chief of police:

Police Chief Roberto Hylton said he saw the video and was outraged.

"I see a number of officers that are acting outside of our policy and direction -- that's what I see on that tape. However, I don't want to taint the investigation. I want to make sure the investigation is fair and impartial, and I'll take the appropriate action."

Hylton said it's not likely that his officers will come out of the investigation without facing charges.
