But seriously, folks, I suggest an over-the counter product called MIRALAX. Because of MS, I must take it once every day. That'd most certainly be overkill for you. It used to be prescription only, but now you'll find it anywhere. The actual name of the active ingredient is poly-ethylene glycol (if I'm remembering correctly.)
