What was the story beheind Camerons accusation of a leaaflet telling lies and Brown saying he had sanctioned no such leaflet?

The stories I have seen are not clear about what the leaflets were and where they came from. It's probably there but I have mental block when it comes to politics and newspapers. Stops my brain leaking out of my ears...
