I was looking over a house back Kentucky with an eye to purchasing it. In the "den" it was obvious that the man of the house was a WW2 buff: books and "souvenirs" were all over, including, on the top of a bookcase, a "potato masher" hand grenade.

I didn't check to see if it was live or not -- the house didn't meet our needs. I mentioned to the realtor on the way out that having a grenade displayed, even if it was fake, probably wasn't a good selling point. He said he'd take care of it.
