Yes I have seen your house and very nice its is too but my humble hovel is postage stamp in size.

Richard do you hang your 12 strings guitars from the wall has you do with your guitars or do you keep the 12 strings on a stand. I have both guitar clamps on the wall and stands but I am not sure in regards to hanging a 12 string on a clamp re tension on neck etc
