I know that you work very hard to make this festival successful and that you are a true grafter but it would seem that you take everything far too personally and are easily upset.

Apart from my criticism of you for saying that stuff about moving the festival to a bigger site nothing else was directed at you personally.
It was just general concerns about delays with the timetable and the quality of the website, and as I had no idea who was responsible for that, it wasn't aimed at anyone specifically.
So you were not the one in receipt of any other criticism from me.

The fact that you are the only one on the organizing committee to respond on this particular thread does not mean that you should think that any criticisms or concerns are solely directed at you personally.

Rather than post my concerns publicly on this thread you suggest that I could have emailed "any member of the committee personally".
But I don't know the email addresses of all the committee members. Why should I? I don't even know yours; so how could I?

And thank you, I sincerely hope that you will enjoy the festival also.
You deserve to after all your hard work. You really do.
You say that you will be working all weekend but I really hope that you will find some leisure time to relax and have some fun to put a smile on your face; if you are able.
