An old friend of mine was charged with arranging her grandmother's funeral. An organist was required, so she hired a friend of hers, a heavy metal musician called Animal. He knew 3 hymns, and played them through a couple of times, then started "Churching Up" some of his favorite tunes. I believe Grandma was played out of the church to one of Mick Jagger's songs. Most of the congregation found it very moving.
