The past few days have been hard on us both, but we came through a difficult weekend without killing each other. Hopefully, the best birthday present you will have this year is being allowed to leave Boston and head back to Maine. There we will have lobster for dinner in the company of your daughters - there will even be chocolate birthday cake!
