Can't argue with you there Raggy, but the same is true of a fair number of clubs - some fans of the aforementioned Millwall and Charlton, for instance, could hardly be described as "Paragons of Virtue"!
There's an unfortunate sickness in society today, and the yobbery that goes on in town-and city-centres at weekends is closely mirrored in the behaviour of some football-so-called-fans. And it's not just one club that has this thug-element amongst its tribe, I'd stick my neck out and say that every club has some supporters who fall into that category. Unfortunately, not all are as high-profile as Leeds.
But that's not to make excuses, it's sad that a great club like Leeds have to carry this kind of baggage around, and it does the vast majority of decent, good fans a great disservice when a small number of brain-dead morons use the club as an excuse to behave worse than animals.
