I think it has to do with the fact that there are over 129,000 threads and it would take ages and probably crash your system and maybe Mudcat's to try to bring them all up like that.(I cannot swear to that.:-) It's best to put a keyword in the search box next to the age date and look for more specific threads.

Also, if you look in the Newcomer's Guide, you will find several lists of older, choice threads.
