hmmm...it's a fine line one walks between trying to be helpful and suggesting ways to do it oneself...it would be SO easy in person to show and explain and smile and not sound grumpy...etc. That is why I took the time to suggest search techniques...(I try NOT to assume that the searcher is lazy...and I apologize if I gave that impression..I guess I need to work on gentler ways to make my point...)
