About 15 years ago I hear Vin Garbutt sing a song,I think the first line was something like "When the lark in in the air." or "when the lark is in the sky." Possible that this could even be the title.Anyhow I would be greatly pleased if any one out there could help!! Here's hoping, Scouse.
