We have had him perform here in Bath and the man is phenomenal. He sits on a simple piano bench and sings in that high clear tenor voice. Usually he accompanies himself on the guitar and sometimes he sings without it. And then there is the poetry. Wonderful stuff.

Can I ask here if anyone has the words to a poem I heard Wyndham-Reed recite about moonshiners in Australia? It is the poem where the moonshiner hold a gun on his victim and makes him drink. The moonshine is terrible stuff and when the victim's head clears the moon shiner hands over the gun and asks the victim to force him to drink too.
