Martin have made some lovely guitars obviously

Some of the top end stuff can still be good
But they are trading on their old heritage to a large extent IMO


Both Martin and Taylor are mass produced instruments and there are 100's of better undependent luthiers now

So if I was looking to buy a high quality model (read over £1500) I wouldn't buy a mass produced guitar
